On the morning of May 10th, the Vietnam Software and Information Technology Services Association (Vinasa) organized the Biztech Vietnam 2024 Conference and Exhibition, themed "Green Digital Transformation - Sustainable Growth," with the aim of connecting and promoting digital transformation within the business sector.
The event will take place on May 10th and 11th at Tan Son Nhat Pavillon, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City.
The Biztech Vietnam Conference and Exhibition is a networking event focused on digital transformation, held annually since 2023. It aims to introduce and share knowledge, experience, and solutions on digital transformation for businesses to improve management and production efficiency.
This year, the program will be attended by over 1,000 delegates including business leaders, managers, speakers, and experts who will delve into discussions and introduce effective digital platforms and solutions to help businesses quickly achieve the goal of "Green Growth - Sustainable Development".
Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa, Chairman of Vinasa and Head of the Organizing Committee, stated: The Vietnamese government is committed to and has developed programs and strategies to realize the NetZero goal, promoting the development of a circular economy and adapting to climate change. It can be said that digital transformation not only brings valuable benefits to large enterprises, but also provides opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises to thrive.
The world is facing new developments related to artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence will help businesses increase labor productivity and production capacity. Vinasa is ready to connect businesses in artificial intelligence and information technology, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, to enhance their digital transformation skills.
At the seminar, KPMG experts stated that digital transformation – green transformation – will help businesses improve their financial performance, increase their competitive advantage, create sustainable operations, and attract investors.
Currently, manufacturing, finance, and technology businesses are leading the way in green digital transformation. Green credit funding for Vietnamese businesses is being invested in and increasing rapidly, not only from domestic credit institutions but also with commitments from developed countries such as the US and Europe.
In addition, the Biztech Vietnam 2024 exhibition includes booths showcasing new technologies serving business production activities and promoting trade connections.
One example is the Airmobi application, designed by engineers at Agest Vietnam. This is a digital solution for testing and application development that can be applied to many industries such as manufacturing, healthcare , finance, and media. This application can help detect and fix system errors, save on development and operation costs, and optimize the efficiency of the entire digital ecosystem of each organization.
At the exhibition, Mobifone showcased its Cloud Contact Center – 3C mobile call center solution. This is a customer care solution through a unified multi-channel call center that allows employees to communicate with customers on various channels, including voice, SMS, Facebook, Livechat, and email, all within a single interface. This simplifies operations for employees while enhancing the business's ability to manage and care for customers.
According to PwC's 27th Global CEO Survey, 45% of global CEOs are unsure whether their businesses can survive the next decade if they continue on their current growth trajectory. Change is imperative given the significant volatility in global economic and political conditions; digital transformation and green transformation are the solutions for sustainable development.
