Implementing the Project on developing applications of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period of 2022-2025, with a vision to 2030 of the Government (Project 06), in the past time, Binh Thuan Provincial Police has advised the Provincial People's Committee to implement the tasks of the project. Including plans on implementing the Data Law; the peak of deploying electronic identification for agencies and organizations in the province; implementing the tasks of Project 06 in the province. At the same time, advising the Steering Committee for administrative reform, digital transformation and Project 06 of the province, the document directed the Provincial Police and the District People's Committee to complete the advisory agency to assist in implementing the Project in the area, proactively receiving documents of Project 06 from the District Police after the Provincial Police did not organize or arrange District Police from March 1, 2025...

According to the leader of the Provincial Police, regarding the implementation of Project 06 model, there are currently 3/30 registered models that have not been deployed, which are the implementation of the Smart Urban Operations Center - IOC province integrating the national database on population chaired by the Department of Science and Technology (still in the testing phase and not officially deployed) and the deployment of AI Cameras to control entry and exit at Phan Thiet Station, Muong Man, Phan Thiet Port, Phu Quy by the Department of Science and Technology, Department of Construction, Department of Agriculture and Environment in coordination, with no report on the investment results of deploying AI Cameras...

Therefore, in the coming time, the Provincial Police Department recommends that the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee direct departments, branches, and localities to urgently review outstanding tasks and models and speed up implementation progress. Compare the list of 154 administrative procedures requiring the issuance of criminal records in Directive No. 23 when issued on VNeID, recommend that competent authorities amend the business process and not require people to present paper criminal records. At the same time, deploy tasks serving digital transformation, ensuring connection with Project 06, including vessel identification; location identification; building a national job exchange; electronic labor contract platform; building a real estate exchange; applying population data, identification, identification and electronic authentication to contribute to digital transformation in the banking sector...
