Notably, some organizations and individuals have impersonated the Overseas Labor Center, forged official documents and seals to defraud and collect money from workers with the promise of sending them to work abroad.
Fraudsters have created many fake documents to appropriate workers' assets.
There was a case of forged documents signed by the Director of the Overseas Labor Center, Dang Huy Hong, requiring workers to pay 60 million VND to "prove their financial status to meet the requirements to participate in the order according to regulations".
After paying the money, the victim's application will be reviewed, an appointment to sign the contract and wait for the departure date.
Another document forged the seal and signature of Minister Dao Ngoc Dung, promoting a labor recruitment program to Korea with a salary of "over 40 million VND per month, depending on the job, not including overtime", along with detailed information about the order.

All information about the program of sending workers to work abroad is publicly and fully posted on the website of the Overseas Labor Center at: www.colab.gov.vn.
