Program to disseminate laws and school traffic safety

On May 18, at April 16 Square, the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee (TSC) in collaboration with the Vietnam Law Newspaper organized a program to disseminate laws and traffic safety (TSC). Attending the event were comrade Tran Minh Nam, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, leaders of relevant departments, branches and sectors and nearly 2,500 officials, teachers and students of secondary and high schools in the province.

The program took place with activities including: Propagating and disseminating some legal contents on traffic safety; information on traffic safety and order in the province and the whole country; practicing real-life situations on traffic safety and order. At the same time, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to 16 school groups and 34 individual students who won prizes in the online contest with the theme "Learning about Road Traffic Law" for middle and high school students taking place from May 4-12 with more than 79,000 entries.

Comrade Tran Minh Nam, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, awarded prizes to two school groups that won first prize in the online contest to learn about the Road Traffic Law.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee awarded 60 scholarships, each worth 1 million VND to students in difficult circumstances affected by traffic accidents; 100 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND to students who overcame difficulties and excelled in their studies; 3,000 helmets and 2,000 school bags.

The program aims to spread and widely communicate legal knowledge about traffic safety, helping to raise awareness of traffic participation for children and students. Thereby, aiming to build a healthy traffic culture among teenagers and children, contributing to reducing the rate of traffic accidents with the goal of "Human life is above all".
