Art program and fireworks display to welcome the new year of Giap Thin 2024 — Delegates attend the art program "Tet homeland Ninh Binh 2024" at Thuy Dinh stage, Hoa Lu ancient town.

The art program "Ninh Binh Hometown Tet 2024" organized by the Department of Culture and Sports with the participation of Central artists and singers such as: People's Artist Quoc Anh, Artist Ba Toan, Quoc Hai, singers Huong Ly, Ngoc Anh, Thu An... and artists of Ninh Binh Cheo Theater brought a joyful atmosphere to celebrate the homeland's renewal, development and welcoming the new year with new aspirations.

The art program consists of 2 parts: Part 1 has the theme "Echoes of a new day" with songs introducing the landscape and homeland of Ninh Binh, which is on the path of innovation and development; expressing the steadfast belief of the people in the leadership of President Ho Chi Minh and the Communist Party of Vietnam such as: Loyal to the Party, The country's melody, Uncle Ho's words shine forever, Ninh Binh - beautiful mountains and rivers...

Part 2 has the theme "Spring colors" with the following performances: Love song, Swallow season, Spring melody, Spring song..., praising the beauty of the homeland and country when spring comes, and wishes for a new year of peace and prosperity...

Through the art program, we bring a joyful and bright atmosphere to welcome the moment of preparing to welcome the new year of Giap Thin, introducing the unique cultural beauty of the people and the land of Hoa Lu Ancient Capital Ninh Binh to a large number of people and tourists, together looking back to their homeland every time Tet comes, Spring comes. The program also contributes to meeting the needs of enjoying cultural and artistic activities of the people, enriching the cultural and spiritual life of the people in the province.

The end of the art program "Tet que huong Ninh Binh 2024" is a low-altitude fireworks display. This is an opportunity for people and tourists to enjoy memorable moments, meaningful moments when transitioning between the old year and the new year. Thereby sending the message that everyone, every family is always peaceful, the family is warm, successful, happy, lucky, together striving to compete in labor, production, study, achieving many exciting results in the new year, contributing to building a happy family, prosperous society, and a renewed homeland.

* At Tam Diep City Sports Center, the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tam Diep City organized the art program "Celebrating the Party, Celebrating the Spring of Giap Thin 2024" and performed a low-altitude fireworks display.

At the program, professional and non-professional artists from mass art troupes, dance groups, clubs, and schools in the area brought the audience joyful and unique performances, bearing the mark of the land and people of Tam Diep - a modern city on the rise.

The program is staged in 2 parts: "Spring for the Party" and "Young City in Spring", including dance, singing, and jumping genres, with content praising the glorious Party, beloved Uncle Ho, praising the homeland, the innovative country, love between couples, the joy of Tet and Spring,...

After the performances, there was a brilliant fireworks display, which delighted the audience. Although it took place in the cold night weather, the event still attracted a large number of people and tourists to watch and cheer.

Tam Diep City closed 2023 with many outstanding achievements, having completed and exceeded 12/12 socio-economic development targets. The art program and fireworks display on New Year's Eve created a joyful, exciting, warm atmosphere, filled with the spirit of a new Spring. Thereby, it ignited confidence, strengthened the great solidarity, encouraged the people of the city to work enthusiastically, produce, and achieve even greater achievements in 2024 and the following years.

* In Gia Vien district, the district People's Committee organized an art program with the theme "Celebrating the country's renewal, celebrating the glorious Party, celebrating the Giap Thin spring 2024" and low-altitude fireworks display.

In the special art program on New Year's Eve, on a stage with a grand investment, professional and non-professional artists have elaborately staged dance, singing, and jumping performances... which are unique in both costumes and artistic quality. The art performances praise the glorious Party, the great Uncle Ho; praise the historical tradition of building and defending the country; the cultural identity and beauty of the homeland and country; typical advanced examples and achievements in socio-economic development in Gia Vien homeland...

In addition, the audience also enjoyed ancient Cheo melodies performed by members of the district's Cheo Club. The art performance program before New Year's Eve is a special cultural activity, thereby contributing to creating confidence, excitement, new motivation, and new spirit for the Party Committee, government and people in the district in the new year 2024.

After the exciting art program was the low-altitude fireworks display. Everyone was excited and thrilled, waiting for the moment of New Year's Eve to welcome the New Year. When the first series of fireworks were launched, lighting up the sky of the dynamic, innovative countryside, without anyone telling anyone, everyone cheered happily, welcoming the important moment when the New Year of the Dragon had arrived. Everyone silently wished their family and friends a peaceful and happy new year.

Previously, in order for all people to enjoy Spring and celebrate Tet warmly and fully, Gia Vien district received and promptly distributed gifts from the President and the province, and at the same time allocated the district budget to give gifts to people with revolutionary contributions and policy families. Accompanying the Party committees and authorities at all levels, philanthropists also actively participated in implementing many warm and meaningful activities for people in difficult circumstances.

In addition, the District People's Committee also directed specialized agencies and localities to renovate village roads and alleys, clean the environment, organize many healthy recreational activities, create a joyful and exciting atmosphere, and meet the needs of the people to celebrate Spring and Tet. The police force increased patrols and controls to ensure security, order, and social safety in the area before, during and after the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin 2024. Gia Vien district leaders also visited, gave gifts to encourage and wished a happy new year to a number of units on duty on New Year's Eve.

* On the evening of February 9, at the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital National Special Relic Site Festival Ground, Hoa Lu District organized an art program to celebrate the Party, celebrate Spring, and welcome the New Year of the Dragon 2024. Attending the program were leaders of Hoa Lu District; departments, branches, sectors, and organizations of Hoa Lu District, along with a large number of people.

In 2023, the Party Committee, army and people of Hoa Lu district promoted the tradition of solidarity, strived to overcome difficulties and achieved important results, achieved and exceeded 9/11 main socio-economic targets, including some outstanding targets such as: Hoa Lu is still the leading district in the province in terms of the number of communes meeting the model rural standards with 7/10 communes meeting the advanced rural standards, reaching 70%; 62/85 villages and hamlets meeting the model rural residential area standards, reaching 73%; the district completed the criteria of the advanced rural district. The district mobilized social resources to support the repair and construction of 40 new houses for people with housing difficulties, the poverty rate decreased to 1.22%. Political security, social order and safety were ensured; local military and defense work was strengthened...

The achievements of 2023 will be a solid premise for Hoa Lu district to complete the tasks of 2024, strive to complete and exceed the targets set by the 23rd District Party Congress; perform well the task of merging administrative units at district and commune levels according to regulations and the direction of the province, on that basis, propose solutions and roadmaps to build a "Millennium Heritage City"...

The art program ended with singing Happy New Year and welcoming the New Year to all families, lion dance; district leaders presented flowers to congratulate the New Year and a brilliant fireworks display to welcome the New Year, creating a joyful atmosphere with all the people.
