'Memories Left Behind' Program in Tay Ninh: Recreating the heroic revolutionary period

On the evening of April 19, at the Memorial Square of Heroes and Martyrs of Tay Ninh province, the Central Public Security Party Committee, the Department of Political Work of the Ministry of Public Security, in coordination with the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province, organized the political art program Memories Left Behind.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and many leaders, former leaders of the Party, State, leaders of ministries, branches, leaders of Ho Chi Minh City, Tay Ninh province and other provinces and cities attended the program.

Memories left behind was organized to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the 65th anniversary of the establishment of the Central Security Department of the Southern Region (July 1960 - July 2025). The program was broadcast live on VTV1 and several other media channels.

The art program has the participation of more than 500 actors and 120 people's police officers, performed on a grand scale, with elaborate investment, combining epic political art and outdoor theater.

With a duration of about 90 minutes, Memories Remain recreates an artistic space connected by three chapters, including Red Memory Spring Bridge , Legendary Truong Son Road and Fire Land of Tay Ninh.

The program contributes to highlighting the life and revolutionary career of Colonel To Quyen along with the heroic and loyal examples of revolutionary predecessors at the Central Office for Southern Vietnam and the Central Office for Southern Vietnam Security Department.

Thereby, the program contributes to demonstrating the pinnacle of the people's war of the entire Party, army and people, weaving golden pages of history with unforgettable memories on the land of Tay Ninh and the Southern battlefield.

The memories left behind also carry a deep sense of gratitude to generations of People's Public Security soldiers, those who silently fought and sacrificed to protect the peace of the country, arousing national pride and gratitude to those who fell for the independence and unification of the country...
