(PLVN) - On the afternoon of October 11, the Department of Tourism coordinated with the Department of Information and Communications, the Department of Culture and Sports of Binh Dinh province and the People's Committee of Quy Nhon city to announce policies to stimulate tourism in Binh Dinh in the fourth quarter of 2024.
In recent years, Binh Dinh province continues to be an attractive tourist destination, attracting more and more domestic and foreign tourists. Tourism activities in the province have changed dramatically, contributing significantly to the socio-economic development of the locality. Many organizations and individuals doing tourism business in the province have received high awards in the tourism sector. In particular, Quy Nhon City received the ASEAN Clean Tourist City Award for the second time in 2024.

In particular, from October 1 to December 31, 2024, Binh Dinh province will reduce room rates for tourists by 20% to 50% compared to the listed room rates; reduce at least 10% of food and beverage services and at least 20% of hall rental prices compared to the listed prices for accommodation establishments and reduce at least 30% of profits after discounting services included in the tour program for domestic and international travel service businesses...
Delegations coming to Binh Dinh province to attend conferences and seminars with a minimum number of 100 guests will be supported with 50% of the cost of renting halls and meeting rooms at the Provincial Conference Center (excluding the cost of renting LED screens) and 50% of the cost of organizing traditional art performances for conferences and seminars performed by the Binh Dinh Provincial Traditional Art Theater (not exceeding VND 8,000,000/program).
In the coming time, Quy Nhon city has agreed to build 2 tours on Thi Nai Bay including: Quy Nhon Bay tour - Hai Minh fishing village - Tran Hung Dao monument and Quy Nhon Bay tour - Thay Boi Tower - Hai Minh fishing village - Tran Hung Dao monument.
