Action program of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province for the term 2024-2029

1. Strengthen propaganda, mobilization, and gathering of people from all walks of life, strengthen social consensus, promote traditions and the strength of national solidarity.

Strengthening the propaganda of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and the action programs of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels; creating social consensus to contribute to the successful implementation of socio-economic development goals and tasks, ensuring national defense and security, strengthening and consolidating the great national unity bloc in the province.

2. Improve the quality and effectiveness of social supervision and criticism, promote democracy, and participate in Party and State building.

Effectively implement Directive No. 18-CT/TW dated October 26, 2022 of the Central Party Secretariat on promoting the role, improving the quality and effectiveness of supervision and social criticism work of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.

Promote the people's positivity, role and responsibility in contributing ideas to build a clean and strong Party and government, create an environment for people to exercise their mastery, express their opinions, recommendations, thoughts and aspirations to the Party and government; supervise cadres and party members, prevent and combat corruption, negativity and waste; in the fight to prevent and repel degradation, "self-evolution" and "self-transformation".

3. Encourage all classes of people to compete, be creative, and effectively carry out campaigns and emulation movements.

Continue to innovate and improve the quality and effectiveness of the campaigns "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods", and the emulation movement "For the poor - No one is left behind".

Promote the core role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in presiding over consultations and coordinating the implementation of sustainable poverty reduction tasks, social security programs and relief activities, to support the material and spiritual life of the people. Effectively implement the Housing Support Project for poor and near-poor households in the period of 2023-2025, associated with the campaign "Eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" in the province.

Synchronously deploy the emulation movement "Solidarity, creativity, improving productivity, quality, efficiency, international integration". Build, discover, and replicate models, examples of good people, good deeds, and advanced examples. Innovate to improve the quality of emulation and reward work.

4. Improve the effectiveness of people-to-people diplomacy and work with Vietnamese people abroad

Strengthening foreign information work, propaganda, and mobilizing people to implement the Party's foreign policies and guidelines, the State's diplomacy, and people's diplomacy of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations.

Mobilize, gather, and unite the Ninh Thuan community abroad to comply with the laws of the host country, preserve and promote the cultural identity and fine traditions of the nation, stay close to family and return to the roots, contributing to building the homeland of Ninh Thuan to become increasingly rich, civilized, prosperous, and happy.

5. Continue to innovate the organizational structure, content and methods of operation; improve the capacity of the Front's staff at all levels.

Continue to innovate and diversify the methods of operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the province, focusing on the grassroots and residential areas. Effectively implement coordination regulations; enhance the role of chairing and coordinating the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels.

Arrange and consolidate the organization and staff of the specialized agency of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province to ensure streamlining and effective operation, meeting the requirements of the tasks set forth in the new situation. Strengthen the training and fostering of the Front staff to be on par with the tasks set forth in the new situation.

Continue to effectively implement digital transformation in operations; comprehensively innovate all aspects of work and fields of operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels.

6. Building a self-governing, united, prosperous and happy residential area

Strongly arouse the spirit of patriotism, national pride, self-esteem, sense of social responsibility, self-reliance and self-improvement of each citizen and each residential area; strengthen social consensus; consolidate and enhance people's trust in the Party, State and socialist regime, successfully complete the local political tasks, contribute to realizing the aspiration to develop Ninh Thuan into a prosperous and happy one.

Promote the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the commune level, the Front Working Committee, families and each citizen in building self-governing, united, prosperous and happy residential areas. Promote the people's right to mastery with the motto "People know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, people supervise, people benefit".

Propaganda and mobilize people to actively and proactively participate effectively in campaigns and patriotic emulation movements.
