The program will be held at 8:10 p.m. on April 22, 2025 at My Dinh National Stadium ( Hanoi ), broadcast live on Vietnam National Defense Television, rebroadcast on central and local television channels and streamed online on internet media platforms.

"North-South Promise" is a place where memories cannot fade, where promises will forever echo. That is the promise of national unity; the promise with the rear; the promise at the front and the international promise...
The program is a journey back to history, to the promises written with blood, tears and loyalty of millions of Vietnamese people. The program will recreate those promises through the language of political and artistic discourse, combining historical documents, thematic reports, animation, music and modern performance technology.
Colonel Pham Van Tu said that one of the emotional highlights of the program was the journey back to the roots of 120 veterans called "North-South Promise".

With elaborate investment, "North-South Promise" brings a large-scale, spectacular live stage of up to 2,700m2 , divided into 2 staggered blocks representing the North and South regions, with Hien Luong bridge in the middle spanning the Ben Hai River.
The highlight of the program is the 3D mapping projection technology projected onto the water screen, which has never appeared in any previous program.
The program gathered a large number of artists and actors, up to 800 people. Among them were many famous artists such as: Colonel, People's Artist Tu Long, Director of the Army Cheo Theater; Meritorious Artist Hoang Tung - Meritorious Artist Vu Thang Loi; Pham Phuong Thao; Hoa Minzy, Do To Hoa; Quoc Thien, Sao Mai group, Oplus group, Besinger group, Soul House, "Anh trai vu ngan cong gai" group...
The audience will relive the heroic atmosphere of immortal epics, combined with magnificent live performances such as: "Song for Uncle Ho", "Night Stars", "Rest assured, mother", "Bringing rice to mother plowing", "My path is long along the country", "The green forest echoes with the sound of Ta Lu"...
The program is also an opportunity to announce a new composition by musician Pham Hong Bien dedicated to the program, called "North-South Promise". The meeting and exchange between generations, between soldiers of the past and the young generation of today will convey a meaningful message about the responsibility to protect and preserve the peace that our ancestors paid for with their blood and bones.
