Regarding Wall Street Securities Corporation, the State Securities Commission (SSC) said that this company had committed 4 administrative violations in the securities field.

Specifically, Wall Street Securities did not manage customers' assets separately from the securities company's assets and was fined VND187.5 million.

For providing advance payment services for securities sales without written approval from the State Securities Commission, Wall Street Securities was fined VND 275 million.

For the act of disclosing information that does not fully comply with the law, Wall Street was further fined 65 million VND. For the act of reporting with false content, Wall Street was administratively fined 175 million VND and forced to remedy the consequences.

The State Securities Commission said that SmartInvest did not fulfill its obligation to periodically disclose information on documents such as reports on the use of capital from bond issuance in 2020; Financial statements in 2020; Payment of interest and principal of bonds in 2020 and the first 6 months of 2021;...

SmartInvest was also fined VND77.5 million for illegally distributing individual securities. The total fine was VND162.5 million.
