The 16th National Radio Festival - 2024, organized by the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) in coordination with the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province, aims to reflect the country's comprehensive innovation in the fields of politics, economics, culture - society, national security protection; ethnic policies and foreign policies, and the country's integration trends in the new period.

The 16th National Radio Festival is expected to have about 1,000 officials, reporters, editors, and technicians from more than 80 delegations of VOV and radio and television stations nationwide.
The preliminary round will take place in mid-May 2024 in Tuyen Quang . The final round will take place from July 9 to July 14 in Thanh Hoa; of which July 10 and 11 will be the final round for the radio category, and July 9 to 12 will be the final round for the live radio category.
The opening ceremony of the 16th National Radio Festival will take place at 8pm on July 11 at Lam Son Theater, Thanh Hoa. Also at the same location, on July 12 there will be a professional workshop; at 8pm on July 13 there will be the closing ceremony and award ceremony of the festival.
Within the framework of the event, there are also activities: Run for Healthy Waves; 9th National Exchange of Cheo Art Lovers; Photo exhibition of radio stations, radio and television stations of provinces and cities... held in Thanh Hoa city.
Eligible entries must have been broadcast between March 1, 2023 and April 20, 2024. Deadline for submissions: April 26, 2024 (postmarked).
