Final round of the contest "Youth Union of Provincial Agencies and Enterprises proactively participates in administrative reform and building cultural and exemplary agencies and enterprises"

Through the contest, the role and position of cadres and youth union members, especially cadres and youth union members who are civil servants, public employees, and young workers, are affirmed in advising and implementing state administrative reforms; international integration, building agencies, culture, and models... Thereby contributing to building a good image of cadres and youth union members of the Agencies and Enterprises (CQ&DN) Block of Thanh Hoa province.

On the morning of August 12, the Youth Union of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises (Q&DN) organized the final round of the contest "Youth Union of the Provincial Q&DN actively participates in administrative reform and building cultural and exemplary agencies and enterprises" in 2023. The program was broadcast live on the Youtube channel fanpage of Thanh Hoa Radio and Television and on the Facebook page "Youth Union of Q&DN of Thanh Hoa province".

Attending the contest were comrade Dinh Thi Thanh Ha, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc; representatives of leaders of provincial departments and branches; representatives of grassroots Party committees with youth union organizations under the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc; and sponsoring units accompanying the contest.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the contest, comrade Hoang Manh Cuong, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union of Agencies and Enterprises, Head of the Organizing Committee of the contest, emphasized: The movement of young people proactively participating in administrative reform and building cultural and exemplary agencies and enterprises is one of the strong, typical and leading movements of the Youth Union of the Bloc in the whole province. To affirm the role, responsibility and positive contributions of the Youth Union of the Bloc in the movement of proactively participating in administrative reform and building cultural and model agencies and enterprises, with the consent of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc, on June 16, 2023, the Standing Committee of the Youth Union of the Bloc issued Plan No. 88-KH/ĐTN on organizing the Contest "Youth Union of Thanh Hoa Province Agencies and Enterprises proactively participating in administrative reform and building cultural and model agencies and enterprises" in 2023. After nearly 2 months of implementation, the Contest has spread to 93 grassroots youth organizations, attracting nearly 200 cadres and young union members to participate.

Participating in the final round are 4 teams representing 4 emulation blocks under the Youth Union: State Management Block; Enterprise Block; School Block; Party, Union, Internal Affairs and Career Block.

The final competition was organized in a theatrical format. The competing teams went through 4 rounds including:

State Management Block's skit contest

Part 1: Communication skit competition. This competition does not limit the number of contestants. The participating teams will create skits to promote specific solutions and actions of the Youth Union cadres and Youth Union members of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Block in administrative reform, the movement to build cultural and exemplary agencies and enterprises.

Short essay contest of Business Block

Part 2: Understanding (including multiple choice questions and situational questions). Each team will select 3 candidates to quickly answer 10 multiple choice questions and 1 situational question.

Knowledge test of the teams

Part 3: English presentation contest. Each team selects 1-3 contestants to present on 4 topics. The State Management team, with the topic "General introduction of Thanh Hoa province to foreign investors". The Enterprise team, with the topic "What should the Youth Union and Youth Union of Thanh Hoa Province's Agencies and Enterprises do to build a cultural and exemplary agency and enterprise?". The School team, with the topic: "Introducing the Youth Union of Thanh Hoa Province's Agencies and Enterprises to friends from all over the world". The Party, Mass, Internal Affairs and Career agencies, with the topic "The role of Youth Union members in implementing digital transformation to contribute to administrative reform and building a cultural and exemplary agency and enterprise".

Part 4: Fashion show. Each team will select up to 20 members to perform according to 5 themes: office wear (can use industry wear); traditional national wear; evening wear; sports wear; Vietnam Youth Union wear.

After many attractive and impressive competitions, at the end of the final round, the Organizing Committee awarded 4 subsidiary prizes including: Best media skit for the Party, Union, and Internal Affairs Bloc; Best English presentation for the State Management Bloc; Most impressive fashion show and Most favorite competition on the Youth Union's fanpage for the Business Bloc.
