Final round of the contest "Bolero love songs" 2025: Nguyen Thanh and Quoc Hoang won first prize

This year’s contest attracted 90 contestants from Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Soc Trang and other districts and cities in the province. The contestants were divided into 2 groups: Group A (from 16 to 40 years old) and Group B (from 41 years old and above). After 2 rounds (preliminary, semi-final), 19 contestants won the right to enter the final round.

Leaders of the Center for Culture, Information and Sports of Di An City and the Jury presented souvenir logos to the contestants in the final round of the competition.

Performance of the contestants

As a result, contestant Pham Nguyen Thanh (Di An City) won the first prize in Group A. The first prize in Group B went to contestant Tran Quoc Hoang (Ho Chi Minh City). In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 2 second prizes, 2 third prizes, 13 consolation prizes and 2 secondary prizes: the youngest contestant in the final round, the oldest contestant in the final round.

The contest was jointly organized by the Center for Culture, Information and Sports of Di An City and the "Cung Dan Xanh" Club to seek singing talents to add to the local art troupe to participate in provincial competitions; at the same time, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), International Labor Day (May 1) and the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025).
