Ensuring the supply capacity during the peak period of National Day on September 2 is a great effort of Vietnam Airlines in the context of the aviation industry's shortage of aircraft due to the impact of the manufacturer's recall of engines for inspections worldwide. In recent months, Vietnam Airlines has received an additional Airbus A320neo and a Boeing 787-10 to enhance service for passengers' peak travel needs.
For a smooth trip, the airline recommends that passengers book tickets earlier than the expected departure date to have more flight options and increase the possibility of purchasing attractive fares; at the same time, they should use self-check-in methods before the flight to save time during peak season, such as: Automatic check-in via website www.vietnamairlines.com, mobile application (mobile check-in), telephone (telephone check-in) or at self-check-in counters (kiosk check-in).
