At the meeting, the Organizing Committee of major holidays of Quang Nam province reported in detail the progress of the implementation of the commemorative activities. Up to now, the basic preparation work has been completed, ensuring the set schedule. The key activities taking place today (March 24) such as the incense offering ceremony at the provincial martyrs cemetery and the Vietnamese Heroic Mother Monument, the meeting program with delegates, the commemorative ceremony at 24/3 Square (Tam Ky City) ... have been carefully planned.

The representative of Tam Ky City's leadership said that the city has arranged 6 free parking spots to serve delegates and people at the celebration tonight. The provincial police, the provincial military command, the Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Health, the Provincial Youth Union... closely coordinate in ensuring security and order, traffic flow, high-altitude fireworks display plans, fire prevention and fighting; ensuring health care, and preparing backup plans for electricity, water, and environmental sanitation.

Regarding communication work, Quang Nam Radio and Television Station has completed a documentary film for screening; broadcast the celebration program live at 8:00 p.m. on radio, television and social media platforms. Quang Nam Newspaper also released special publications to promote the event.

In addition, sideline activities such as exhibitions of socio-economic achievements, security - defense, foreign affairs after 50 years of liberation, introduction of OCOP products; camps, emulation movements, cultural - sports activities, seminars... were deployed synchronously, attracting the participation of a large number of cadres, party members, youth union members and people.

Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung emphasized: Departments, branches and localities continue to coordinate closely to ensure the success of tonight's ceremony. Focus on reception work, welcoming delegates solemnly and thoughtfully; arrange seats reasonably, ensuring solemnity. Strengthen security and order, and reasonably divide traffic to avoid congestion.

Comrade Le Van Dung requested relevant units to ensure food safety and hygiene, environmental sanitation around the celebration area. Medical work must be focused on, ready to handle any arising situations. Ensure backup plans for electricity and water to avoid interruptions during the event.
