At the conference, delegates received information from speakers from the Central Organizing Committee, the Central Party Office, and the Personnel and Organization Department ( Ministry of Public Security ) on the basic contents of Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024, of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, leading up to the 14th National Party Congress; Guidance No. 27-HD/BTCTW of the Central Organizing Committee; Circular No. 01-TT-ĐUCA of the Party Committee of the Central Public Security Ministry; personnel work of Party committees before, during, and after the congress; and the work of drafting congress documents… The speakers also exchanged views and answered delegates' questions regarding the preparation for Party congresses at all levels.

The conference aims to create unity throughout the People's Public Security Force, promoting the role and responsibility of Party committees, Party organizations, and heads of Party committees in decisively leading and directing the thorough preparation and successful organization of Party congresses at all levels within the People's Public Security Force for the 2025-2030 term, ensuring compliance with requirements, content, regulations, and principles of the Party.
