Preparing for the Party Congress of PTSC Phu My Company for the term 2025-2030

On the morning of March 19, 2025, the Party Committee of Vietnam Oil and Gas Technical Services Corporation ( PTSC ) had a working session with the Party Committee of Phu My General Petroleum Services Port Joint Stock Company (PTSC Phu My) on the preparation for the Party Congress of PTSC Phu My Company for the 2025-2030 term. Attending the working session on the side of PTSC Corporation were comrade Tran Ngoc Chuong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors; comrade Tran Hoai Nam - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy General Director; comrade Nguyen Huu Tuan - Chief of the Party - Mass Organization Office, and officials of the Party - Mass Organization Office of the Corporation; on the side of PTSC Phu My Company were comrade Nguyen Van Hoai - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Comrade Nguyen Vinh Nhi Phuong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Company and comrades in the Party Executive Committee, Personnel Subcommittee, Document Preparation Subcommittee and Organization Subcommittee serving the Company Party Congress.

On behalf of the Party Committee of PTSC Phu My Company, Comrade Nguyen Van Hoai - Party Secretary of the Company reported to the Party Committee of PTSC Corporation on the situation of the Party Committee, leadership, direction, and preparation for the organization of the Company's Party Congress. The Party Committee of PTSC Phu My Company issued Plan No. 11-KH/ĐUPM dated January 22, 2025 on organizing the Party Congress of the subordinate Party Cells for the term 2025-2027 towards the 4th Party Congress of the Company, term 2025-2030 and Decision No. 31-QD/ĐUPM dated February 13, 2025 on establishing the Personnel Subcommittee, Document Subcommittee, and Organization Subcommittee to serve the Company's Party Congress. Under the direction and leadership of the Company's Party Committee, 03 Party Cells under the Company's Party Committee successfully organized the Party Cell Congress for the term 2025-2027. The Party Committee of PTSC Phu My Company has also drafted all documents and materials for the Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term and reported to the Party Committee of PTSC Corporation. The personnel plan for the Party Executive Committee, the Party Inspection Committee of the Company, and the Delegation to attend the 8th Party Congress of the Corporation for the 2025-2030 term has been developed in detail and specifically in compliance with the regulations and instructions of the superior Party Committee.

In his concluding remarks at the working session, Comrade Tran Ngoc Chuong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation highly appreciated the efforts of the Board of Directors of PTSC Phu My Company in the past period. In addition, Comrade Tran Ngoc Chuong also directed the Party Committee of the Company to absorb the comments and contributions of the comrades in the Corporation's working delegation to supplement the Political Report, focusing on the directions, tasks, and solutions to implement the political tasks of production and business for the 2025-2030 term in accordance with the Corporation's strategy; at the same time, complete the program, script, and documents serving the Congress; prepare well the reception, ceremony, rituals, dress code; art program; rewards; propaganda work before and after the Congress to ensure the successful Congress of the Party Committee of PTSC Phu My Company, creating new momentum for the development of the Company./.
