Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan received and worked with international investors

(BD) - On the afternoon of March 28, Comrade Pham Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, received and worked with international investors attending the Binh Dinh Investment Promotion Conference 2025, including: Nexif Ratch Energy Group (Singapore), Hero Future Energies ASIA Group (Singapore), Ramid Hotel and Resorts Group (Korea).

At the meeting and working session with Nexif Ratch Energy Group, Mr. Cyril Dissescou - CEO of the Group, reported on the progress of the wind power project development in Canh Lien commune (Van Canh district) with an area of about 48.9 hectares, after the memorandum of understanding signed with Binh Dinh province in March 2024. Accordingly, the wind power project has an installed capacity of 143 MW, electricity output of about 391.8 million kWh/year, the expected number of turbines is about 26 towers for 5.5 MW turbines, total investment of about 5,701 billion VND.

Mr. Cyril Dissescou thanked Binh Dinh province for its support in implementing investment research promotion steps in the province in the past time, and requested the province to continue to pay attention and support to implement the project in the coming time. He proposed that the Provincial People's Committee consider granting the project investment policy to carry out procedures for selecting investors; at the same time, the province proposed that the Ministry of Industry and Trade submit to the Prime Minister to add the project's connection plan to the project's adjustment plan for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050.

Specifically, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan said that, regarding the planning, the Van Canh - Binh Dinh Wind Power Plant project is included in the list of onshore wind power projects approved by the Prime Minister to supplement and update the plan to implement the National Power Development Plan for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050; included in the Binh Dinh Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050 and in the list of land plots for bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in Binh Dinh province approved by the Provincial People's Council. According to regulations, the Van Canh - Binh Dinh Wind Power Plant project will organize bidding to select investors to implement.

Chairman Pham Anh Tuan requested Nexif Ratch Energy Group to closely coordinate with relevant departments, branches, sectors and localities to promote procedures and documents related to the project from the province to the central level.

Meanwhile, according to the memorandum of understanding signed with the province at the Binh Dinh Province Investment Promotion Conference 2025 held on the morning of March 28, Hero Future Energies ASIA Group and Ramid Hotel and Resorts Group proposed to research, survey, and explore investment opportunities in Binh Dinh.

Specifically, Hero Future Energies ASIA Group proposed to study investment in renewable energy projects, lithium battery manufacturing and assembly plants, and hydrogen production plants. Ramid Hotel and Resorts Group proposed to study investment in high-end resort projects, golf courses, and golf training academy projects in La Vuong plateau (Hoai Son commune, Hoai Nhon town) and Bai Con sea resort and commercial service project (Hoai Hai commune, Hoai Nhon town). Investors recognized the great potential and advantages of Binh Dinh province and expressed their determination to invest in the province.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan highly appreciated the determination of investors and suggested concretizing the investment orientation proposals in Binh Dinh, as a basis for promoting the next steps. Along with potential and advantages, Binh Dinh province has prepared infrastructure to serve investors in the province.

At the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan thanked investors for their interest and attendance at the Binh Dinh Investment Promotion Conference 2025.
