The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee wished the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, wounded and sick soldiers and their families good health, to continue to actively participate in the construction of the homeland, and at the same time requested the local Party Committee and government to continue to pay attention to and take care of the material and spiritual life of families of those with meritorious services.
