Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspects key traffic projects

On the morning of April 4, Comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected a number of key traffic projects in Bac Ninh city and Yen Phong district.

At the investment project of provincial roads DT.295C, the contractor is focusing on human resources and machinery to speed up the progress at locations with cleared land, determined to complete the project and put it into operation in 2025. Of which, the asphalt concrete paving has been completed in some sections, with a completed volume of 14,600 m2. In the bridge section, the contractor has completed the asphalt concrete paving for all 19 spans of the bridge. The volume value reached about 184.6 billion VND, equal to 93% of the plan.

Conducting a field inspection at the location of DT 295C (in Xuan Ai area, Hoa Long ward, Bac Ninh city), Ngu Huyen Khe river overpass, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested Bac Ninh city to coordinate with the investor to completely resolve the existing problems in the site clearance work. In the spirit of people "receiving money, immediately carry out the demolition" to ensure the completion of the project according to the set plan.

Regarding the construction project of Provincial Road 277B connecting Ha Bac 2 Bridge and Provincial Road 285B through Yen Phong Industrial Park. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged that the investor and the contractor have constructed the locations with the ground to ensure progress. Requesting the contractors to continue to focus on human resources, materials, and urgently construct "3 shifts, 4 teams" to open DT.277B and Ha Bac 2 Bridge on April 30, 2025; Open the entire route before June 30, 2025.

Inspecting the 285B intersection project connecting with 295C, located in Thuong Thon village, Dong Tien commune, Yen Phong district, invested by the Traffic and Agriculture Project Management Board, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested Yen Phong district to coordinate with the Department of Finance and the Department of Agriculture and Environment to review the planning, avoid overlap, develop a site clearance plan and report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee at the meeting of the Provincial People's Committee on April 15; Focus on working with a sense of responsibility, ensuring the handover of the entire site along the route before June 15. The investor will proactively pay the cost, so that the site clearance will be handed over immediately.
