
The delegation visited the family of Mr. Huynh Van Hieu, a war invalid with a 32% disability rate (Ward 7, Tan An Ward, La Gi Town) and Ms. Mai Thi Binh, a war invalid with a 31% disability rate (Ward 3, Tan Thien Ward, La Gi Town).

At the place he visited, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee kindly asked about the health and living conditions of the families. At the same time, he expressed his deep gratitude for the contributions, dedication, and sacrifices of generations of people who contributed to the cause of national liberation and unification. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hoped that the families would continue to uphold the revolutionary tradition and be a shining example for their descendants to follow.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the local government, departments, branches and functional agencies to always pay attention and take good care of the lives of policy families and people with revolutionary contributions in the area; demonstrating the good traditional morality of "remembering the source of water when drinking" of the nation towards those who have made contributions and sacrifices for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

On this occasion, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Do Huu Huy presented each family with a gift from the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and wished the families health, peace, and happiness.

The families expressed their joy and gratitude for the attention, encouragement, and visits of the provincial and district leaders, as well as the policies of the Party and State for families with meritorious services. At the same time, they promised to preserve and promote the revolutionary traditions of their families, well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; actively participate in emulation movements, and join hands to build an increasingly prosperous homeland and country.
