DNVN – Speaking at the Congress of Binh Dinh Women Entrepreneurs Association for the 2025-2030 term, Chairman of Binh Dinh Province Pham Anh Tuan affirmed that the province's development in recent times has had practical and positive contributions from the team of female entrepreneurs - those who are both brave in business and passionate and responsible to the community.
Sharing with central and local delegates attending the 4th Congress of Binh Dinh Women Entrepreneurs Association, term 2025-2030, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan said that in 2024, the province's GRDP growth rate will reach 7.78%, ranking 26th/63 nationwide, 6th/14 localities in the North Central and Central Coast regions and 2nd/5 in the Central Central sub-region. The economic structure continues to shift positively, with the proportion of agriculture, forestry and fishery decreasing gradually, while the industry - construction and service sectors will increase compared to 2023.

The achievements are a testament to the efforts of leaders at all levels in overcoming difficulties and accompanying businesses, as well as the perseverance and determination of the business community to overcome challenges in the context of a volatile domestic and international economy.
“In that common success, the role of the business community, especially the province’s business community, is extremely important. Notably, female entrepreneurs – who are both brave in business and passionate and responsible to the community – have been making practical and positive contributions,” affirmed the Chairman of Binh Dinh province.
Mr. Pham Anh Tuan also emphasized that 2025 is identified as a year of “acceleration” and “breakthrough” that is decisive in successfully implementing the goals and targets of the 2020-2025 term. At the same time, it creates a foundation and motivation for the whole country to enter a new stage of development.
Mr. Pham Anh Tuan presented a banner from the Executive Committee of the Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee to the Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
“In that context, it is necessary to have the cooperation and consensus of all classes of people and the business community, including the Binh Dinh Women Entrepreneurs Association (BIDAWE). This is the time when the association needs to make greater efforts to promote its role, both ensuring that businesses can overcome difficulties and reach out, and fulfilling the role of women in the family,” the Chairman of Binh Dinh province expected.
Agreeing with the direction and goals of BIDAWE in the coming term, the Chairman of Binh Dinh province also noted the need to continue to strengthen the association's organization and develop increasingly strong members. Promote the expansion of the network of connections inside and outside the province, support members in developing sustainable business, accessing investment opportunities, improving competitiveness and actively participating in policy making, creating a favorable environment for production and business.
At the same time, expand charitable activities, implement social security policies, join hands for the poor. Actively participate in the province's program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses for poor and near-poor households in the mountainous districts of Van Canh, An Lao, and Vinh Thanh.

He also said that in the context of international economic integration and Industry 4.0, female entrepreneurs need to focus on improving their professional qualifications in digital technology, applying science and technology in production, improving equipment, expanding business scale and improving product and service quality to compete effectively.
At the same time, the Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association also needs to promote programs to support female members to maintain a balance between work and family responsibilities, actively contributing to economic development and building family and social values.
“Departments, sectors and localities need to strengthen consultation and coordination in implementing policies to support businesses and entrepreneurs, especially female entrepreneurs. The province is committed to accompanying, listening and creating favorable conditions for businesses to develop sustainably, contributing to building Binh Dinh increasingly rich and prosperous,” Mr. Pham Anh Tuan emphasized.

Speaking at the congress, Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Dung - Vice President of the Vietnam Association of Women Entrepreneurs (VAWE), also acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements of the Binh Dinh Association of Women Entrepreneurs in the past term. The role and position of BIDAWE is not only limited to the province but has also grown and developed domestically and internationally.
In recent times, BIDAWE has cooperated with VAWE to promote connection activities, support domestic and international trade. Through this, it has supported members to have opportunities to connect, exchange, find partners and expand business cooperation.
