At exactly 5:45 p.m. on September 23 (Sofia capital time, or 9:45 p.m. Vietnam time), Politburo member, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue and the high-ranking delegation of the Vietnamese National Assembly arrived at Sofia International Airport, Sofia capital, to begin an official visit to the Republic of Bulgaria at the invitation of National Assembly Chairman Rosen Zhelyazkov.
