National Assembly Chairman: Binh Dinh needs to be bold and impartial in restructuring the apparatus

(Dan Tri) - Regarding the organizational arrangement, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man emphasized that Binh Dinh province needs to be bold, impartial, impartial, and objective.

On March 13, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, Head of Inspection Delegation No. 1910 of the Politburo and Secretariat, chaired the inspection delegation's meeting with the Standing Committee of the Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee.

Speaking at the meeting, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man expressed his impression with the province's total export turnover reaching 2,180 million USD, exceeding the plan by 3.6%. In particular, public investment disbursement was among the top 5 localities with the highest disbursement rate in the country, reaching about 8,800 billion VND, exceeding the Prime Minister's assigned plan by 12%...

The National Assembly Chairman also said that the National Assembly issued many laws, the Government issued decrees and guiding documents, but the implementation work of localities was not drastic, so there was still a situation where people did not comply well with some policies and guidelines.

Therefore, Mr. Tran Thanh Man requested Binh Dinh province to pay attention to implementing the Party's policies and the State's laws and policies in the spirit of informing the policies and guidelines to each citizen to achieve high efficiency.

The National Assembly Chairman emphasized to the Standing Committee of Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee a number of key tasks being implemented, especially the policy of merging provinces, stopping the operation of district level, merging communes and wards; GDP growth in 2025 reaching 8% or more, creating the premise for continuous double-digit growth in the coming period.

Regarding economic development, the National Assembly Chairman suggested that Binh Dinh continue to closely follow the five pillars of growth: industry, tourism, port services and logistics (including seaports and airports), developing agriculture - forestry - fishery based on high technology and developing urban economy associated with the urbanization process.

Along with that, the province needs to effectively implement three breakthroughs, including stabilizing the investment and business environment; improving local competitiveness; and simplifying administrative procedures to welcome investors.

Regarding personnel work, the National Assembly Chairman requested that Binh Dinh province needs to develop high-quality human resources and improve the quality of cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees.

"Through this restructuring of the apparatus, the province must select talented and virtuous people, especially at the grassroots level, who must be resolute, determined, and not afraid of hardship or difficulty. The province also needs to be bold, impartial, and objective in restructuring the apparatus," the National Assembly Chairman emphasized.
