Meeting and talking with the businesswoman - President Le Thi Xuan, we shared about her passion as well as her vision and mission in the journey to build the goal of becoming an aesthetic "empire".

What inspired you to pursue a career in the beauty business and decide to launch a brand for high-end customers?

During more than a decade of doing business in the beauty market, I have seen the increasing demand for beauty. And the upgrade of the beauty experience is very important. People are willing to spend billions in exchange for comfort, peace of mind and effectiveness.

From there, I decided to develop the Shynh Super Luxury project, opening a new era of elevating the upper-class lifestyle. I want every customer who comes to us to feel cherished, respected and taken care of comprehensively from the inside out, in line with the vision of becoming the leading aesthetic, beauty and health care group in Vietnam and the world.

After more than a decade, how do you evaluate the current beauty trends of Vietnamese people?

Compared to 10 years ago, Vietnamese people have higher incomes, the need for beauty not only increases but also requires many advanced cosmetic methods that are currently widely applied in the world.

According to Statista's Beauty & Personal Care - Vietnam report, the Skin Care market in Vietnam will witness an annual growth rate of 3.62% (CAGR 2024-2028). The average revenue per capita in the cosmetics and personal care market in Vietnam is forecast to continuously increase to an estimated USD 29.43 and will reach a new peak in 2028.

I can proudly say that our business is able to take advantage of this growth and the opportunities it brings. By applying digital transformation technology in management and business, continuously learning and expanding strategic partnerships through business trips, I decided to elevate the position of Shynh Group with the new brand Shynh Super Luxury with the goal of aiming at the beauty of women not only in Vietnam but also around the world.

Can you share more about your plans to launch the new brand Shynh Super Luxury?

Shynh Super Luxury is a new high-class brand in the Shynh Group ecosystem, providing modern, luxurious, international-standard aesthetic services with personalized experience design. This is a comprehensive health and beauty care center, planned to be launched soon by Shynh Group to elevate the high-class lifestyle.

During the Royal Banquet, President Le Thi Xuan shared that the Shynh Super Luxury project will be a symbol of the continuous development and vision of Shynh Premium.

This is a complex combining high-tech aesthetics, medical aesthetics and cosmetic surgery. It is known that in just over 10 years, you have built an aesthetic ecosystem serving many different customer segments. So what is it that has helped you succeed as you are today?

First and foremost is customer experience - the biggest challenge any growing aesthetic center faces. You must always put customer experience first - it must be perfect, every time.

Chairwoman Le Thi Xuan regularly works and experiences services at the North - Central - South branches in the Shynh Group ecosystem.

The second indispensable thing is the commercial nature of the brand. If a company does not provide good service quality and does not suit customer tastes, all other factors become less important. This is also the factor that I have built many aesthetic brands that can meet the needs of each customer segment in the Shynh Group ecosystem.

Therefore, Shynh Group has successively launched brands according to each different customer segment such as: Shynh Beauty Spa & clinic; Shynh House dermatology and skin care clinic; Shynh Premium high-tech aesthetic institute.

Finally, corporate culture . It is important to invest in culture, train a succession team, create an onboarding process for new employees, outline a career path, and give every employee the opportunity to develop their skills so that the company's growth does not undermine its internal resources.
