On July 20, the Russian newspaper Komsomol Truth published an interview with Comrade Gennady Zyuganov, Chairman of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. According to the Chairman of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong is a talented leader who has excellently implemented policies to strengthen Vietnam's sovereignty and create opportunities for the country's people to develop their abilities and creative activities. Accordingly, Vietnam has achieved outstanding results.
Comrade Gennady Zyuganov expressed his deep condolences and wished that the Vietnamese leaders would continue the glorious path pursued by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong. This path has brought brilliant results, first of all in the fields of economy and social policy.
According to comrade Gennady Zyuganov, Vietnam with a population of nearly 100 million people, a country that even in the context of the global crisis still maintains a high and stable socio-economic growth rate. Vietnam has made great efforts to master the latest technologies, consolidate sovereignty and strengthen friendly relations with Russia.
During the visits of Comrade Nguyen Phu Trong to Russia in different leadership positions, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation actively participated in contacts, discussions and signed many agreements. Currently, the cooperation between the two Parties is bringing practical results.
