On the afternoon of March 18, Chairman of Da Nang City, Mr. Le Trung Chinh inspected the construction progress of two social housing projects, An Trung 2 and Dai Dia Bao.

Both of these social housing projects are invested by the Joint Venture Company DMC - 579, built in Son Tra district, the total number of apartments of the two projects An Trung 2 and Dai Dia Bao is about 1,000 apartments.

According to the report of the DMC – 579 Joint Venture, at the An Trung 2 project, the company has completed the selection of contractors, signed contracts with construction and supervision units to implement construction; from March 20, it will start implementing the structure and finishing package.

The Dai Dia Bao social housing project consists of 3 9-storey buildings with a total of 739 apartments and kiosks; of which, blocks A and B have been completed and handed over, and put into use. The joint venture company DMC – 579 is focusing resources, urgently constructing block C to ensure the progress committed to the City.

Chairman of Da Nang City, Mr. Le Trung Chinh inspected the construction of Dai Dia Bao social housing project.

At the inspection, the Chairman of Da Nang City affirmed that in recent years, Da Nang City has made efforts to invest in building many social housing projects, meeting the needs of the people.

Mr. Le Trung Chinh said that Da Nang City will continue to pay attention to building social housing projects, especially in the context of the Government implementing the Project "Investing in building at least 1 million social housing apartments in the period 2021 - 2030".

Therefore, the Chairman of Da Nang City hopes that investors will focus resources and speed up construction progress to hand over and put the project into use as committed. The city always creates the most favorable conditions for social housing projects to be implemented quickly, meeting the housing needs of the people.

In addition to the two social housing projects, on the afternoon of March 18, the Chairman of Da Nang also inspected the actual progress of a number of non-budget investment projects that have been granted investment policies and adjusted investment policies.

Chairman of Da Nang City, Mr. Le Trung Chinh visited and inspected construction at real estate projects along the Han River.

Specifically, the Nam Khang Resort Residences project; Han River tourist service area; Capital Square 2 urban area and Da Nang real estate and marina investment project.

These are all large real estate projects located along the Han River (Son Tra District), expected to create a new look for the urban area of Da Nang City. The investors said that after being granted investment policies and adjusting investment policies, the projects are being implemented on schedule.

According to the Prime Minister's decision on assigning targets for completing social housing in 2025 and the following years until 2030, Da Nang city is assigned the target of completing 1,500 apartments in 2025.

Dai Dia Bao social housing project is under construction.

It is expected that in 2025, Da Nang City will continue to complete a project of concentrated student dormitory area in the West and expanded West in Hoa Khanh Industrial Urban Area, with 728 apartments.

In addition, Da Nang City will complete the selection of investors for 2 projects with 1,955 apartments: Social housing at Apartment land plot No. 3 in Area B - Residential area Nam Cam Le bridge; Social housing at Apartment land plot No. 5 in Area B - Residential area Nam Cam Le bridge.

In addition, Da Nang City will approve investment policies and call for investment in 5 projects with about 3,300 apartments.

Da Nang City will coordinate with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to implement a Trade Union Institution and Housing project with 700 units.
