FLC Group Joint Stock Company has just announced that Mr. Le Thai Sam has submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors of the company. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of FLC met and agreed to submit to the General Meeting of Shareholders for approval to dismiss Mr. Le Thai Sam from the position of Board member at the most recent meeting. Mr. Le Thai Sam was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bamboo Airways Joint Stock Company in mid-July.

The new Chairman of Bamboo Airways - Mr. Le Thai Sam currently owns shares equivalent to over 50% of the charter capital of the airline and is also the largest shareholder. Mr. Le Thai Sam takes over the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors, replacing Mr. Oshima Hideki after he took office for less than 1 month.
At FLC Group, Mr. Sam was elected as a member of the company's Board of Directors in July 2022 along with two other members, Mr. Le Ba Nguyen and Mr. Doan Huu Doan.
FLC Group has not yet organized the 2022 and 2023 Annual General Meetings of Shareholders. The reason is that the 2021 audited financial statements have not been released because FLC and UHY Auditing and Consulting LLC have not reached a consensus on the audit opinion.
FLC said that it is working with UYH to carry out additional procedures as a basis for issuing appropriate audit opinions on the 2021 audited financial statements to convene the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. After completing the organization, FLC will carry out the next work in accordance with legal regulations to organize the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as soon as possible.
Up to now, FLC has not yet announced the audited financial statements for 2021, 2022 and 2022. In addition, the group has not yet announced the financial statements for the fourth quarter of 2022 and the first two quarters of this year. Therefore, FLC shares, although listed on UPCoM, are still suspended from trading.
