According to the schedule, tomorrow morning (August 28), after breakfast at a hotel in Hanoi, the Indian billionaire's delegation will travel to Ninh Binh. In Ninh Binh, the delegation will visit Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex - World Cultural and Natural Heritage. Talking to Dan Tri reporter, Mr. Pham Duy Phong, Deputy Director of Ninh Binh Department of Tourism, said that so far, preparations to welcome the Indian billionaire's delegation have been basically completed by the locality. "It is expected that from 10am to 1pm on August 28, the Indian delegation will arrive in Ninh Binh to visit Trang An heritage. The Department has coordinated with Trang An eco-tourism area to prepare banners and flowers to welcome and give to the delegation. At the tourist area, the delegation will be arranged a parking space, a path down to the boat dock, a private boat, and a private tour guide on the journey to explore Trang An heritage," said Mr. Phong.

Menu of Indian vegan dishes Mr. Dinh Xuan Phuong, owner of Trang An 5 restaurant, said that many months ago the restaurant had received information that the Indian billionaire's pharmaceutical company delegation would be traveling to Vietnam. The restaurant has coordinated with the Indian travel company (organizing the delegation to Vietnam) as well as the Vietnamese travel company to survey the service points for the delegation. The restaurant was chosen to serve the delegation because it met all the conditions set by the Indian side.

Previously, the restaurant had served many Indian groups when they visited Ninh Binh. "The restaurant has coordinated with an Indian travel company to welcome 4 groups of guests from this country to Vietnam, with the number of guests ranging from 100-400 people. We have served attentively and have been highly appreciated. Therefore, this time, the group of 4,500 people from the pharmaceutical company of the Indian billionaire came to Vietnam for a tour, the restaurant continued to be trusted and chosen to serve," Mr. Phuong shared. Revealing the menu of the group, the restaurant owner said that the group will eat 6 main dishes for lunch. These dishes are "Indian vegetarian". To cook these vegetarian dishes, the travel company will send a chef, grill, and serving utensils to the restaurant to cook. There are 23 pre-prepared ingredients to make these pure Indian vegetarian dishes.

To serve the group, the restaurant has mobilized about 30 people including chefs, receptionists, waiters, etc. The restaurant will dedicate all 4 floors to serve the Indian group from August 28 to September 5. Each floor will have dozens of dining tables, serving hundreds of people. The dishes served to the group will be vegetarian, buffet style. "About 90% of the ingredients are imported from India. The dishes are not many and are very simple but require strict requirements, must be typical. Therefore, the processing steps are carried out more meticulously than Vietnamese or European dishes", Mr. Phuong revealed.
