Proactively respond to storm number 3 with the highest level of concentration

On the morning of September 7, at the Forward Command Center for Storm No. 3 - Yagi Storm of Military Region 3 located at the Military Command of Quang Ninh province, comrade Dang Xuan Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the province and Major General Ha Tat Dat, Deputy Commander of Military Region 3, inspected and directed the response to storm No. 3 in Quang Ninh province.

Identifying Quang Ninh as an area directly affected by storm No. 3, strictly implementing the direction of the Military Region 3 Command and Quang Ninh Province, the Provincial Military Command has proactively deployed measures to respond to situations that may occur due to the storm; mobilizing a total of over 3,000 officers, soldiers, vehicles, and equipment, focusing on consulting and calling on over 5,900 fishing boats and tourist boats to safe storm shelters, ensuring safety for nearly 2,900 aquaculture facilities; evacuating over 2,000 households with over 6,100 people out of areas at risk of landslides and flooding. Up to this point, there have been no human casualties.

In the spirit of "3 before, 4 on-site", Quang Ninh province is focusing on the prevention and response to storm No. 3; closely monitoring the storm's developments, absolutely not being subjective or negligent in the face of the storm's complicated developments before, during and after the storm makes landfall. The Provincial Military Command and Military Region 3 continue to maintain a concentrated response to the developments of storm No. 3; concentrating and preparing forces and means to mobilize to rescue, overcome and handle situations that arise.
