Standing Provincial Party Committee chaired the conference

At the conference, Standing Committee member and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board Nguyen Hong Tra approved the Provincial Party Committee's draft plan to implement Directive No. 45-CT/TW dated April 14, 2025 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress. The Provincial Party Committee's draft plan ensures the contents, procedures, progress, time, etc. according to the Central regulations.

The plan emphasizes: The work of preparing and organizing Party congresses at all levels must be led and directed by Party committees at all levels in accordance with the Party's regulations and principles; improving the quality of Party congress documents at all levels must be closely linked with the implementation of the Party Central Committee's policies and resolutions on streamlining the apparatus in the entire political system; personnel work must ensure the direct and comprehensive leadership of the Party and Party committees at all levels and promote the role and responsibility of the collective leadership and leaders according to regulations; the delegation attending the Party congress at higher levels must be comrades with steadfast political will, steadfast revolutionary ideals, exemplary in moral qualities, lifestyle and working capacity, representing the Party's intelligence to participate in and contribute to the contents of the congress... In addition, the Provincial Party Committee's plan also assigns departments and branches to carry out specific tasks.

Regarding the draft Project on reorganizing the local party organization system: The reorganization of the local party organization system is synchronous with the reorganization of the apparatus and administrative units at all levels in the locality, ensuring streamlining, efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency; implementation must ensure the correct progress and general requirements of the Central Committee as well as be consistent with the party organization model according to regulations.

Representatives of the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee approved the contents to be submitted to the upcoming thematic session of the Provincial People's Council.

At the conference, representatives of the Provincial Party Committee also approved the Project on rearranging commune-level administrative units of Binh Phuoc province and the draft content to be submitted to the upcoming thematic session of the Provincial People's Council.

Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ton Ngoc Hanh delivered a concluding speech at the conference.

Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ton Ngoc Hanh emphasized: The Provincial Party Committee's plan to implement Directive No. 45-CT/TW dated April 14, 2025 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress and the Project on rearranging the local Party organization system was agreed upon at the conference, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board advised on implementation. Regarding the work of preparing and organizing the Party congress, it must be organized and implemented in accordance with regulations, fully promoting the authority and responsibility of Party committees, Party organizations and heads of Party committees at all levels. Regarding the Project on rearranging commune-level administrative units, during the implementation process, localities need to review the whole picture, advise and report to leaders on facilities and working headquarters; consult localities with similarities, propose implementation plans to ensure compliance with regulations; promote propaganda and mobilization work, creating consensus among the people. It is recommended that local authorities and Party committees be proactive and ready in all tasks to ensure the set progress.
