With the goal of "Competing to excellently complete political tasks, improving people's lives through policy credit capital", the entire network of activities together with officers and employees of the Social Policy Bank have unanimously and jointly worked to excellently complete credit targets.

In the period of 2020-2025, the Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies has launched 88 extensive emulation movements (EMMs) among all staff and operating networks. Through the EMMs, the emulation spirit, enthusiasm for work, promotion of initiatives, increased labor productivity of the collective, staff and workers, contributing to the excellent completion of assigned tasks, building clean and strong agencies, units, party organizations and unions.

The Board of Directors of the Provincial People's Credit Fund presented flowers to congratulate the conference.

The PTTDs have contributed to creating clear changes in improving the living conditions of poor households and policy beneficiaries, making an important contribution to the excellent completion of assigned political tasks.

Over the past 5 years, the unit has disbursed loans with 21 credit programs, loan turnover reached 8,419 billion VND with 161,815 customers receiving loans, average annual loan turnover reached 1,629.8 billion VND.

Collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement were awarded certificates of merit by the General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies.

Loans from the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies are invested in the right beneficiaries, borrowers use the capital for the right purpose, effectively, actively contributing to the implementation of the local poverty reduction target. Specifically, from December 31, 2019 to March 2025, loans have helped more than 9,237 poor households and 12,975 near-poor households, 18,659 newly escaped poverty households borrow capital to invest in production and business; attracting and creating jobs for over 37,000 workers; 2,900 students borrow capital to study; over 72 workers from policy families borrow capital to work abroad.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Phong Phu congratulated and commended the results and achievements in patriotic development of the Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies.

To improve the quality and effectiveness of emulation and reward work, continue to be the driving force and lever to promote the excellent completion of assigned tasks, comrades requested, in the coming time, the Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies needs to proactively launch the PTTDs to strive to excellently complete the assigned targets and plans every year and each period; regularly disseminate and thoroughly grasp the policies, legal documents and instructions of the industry, of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies on emulation and reward work; continue to well implement the work of summarizing and concluding the PTTDs, the plans to implement PTTDs according to the roadmap of the prescribed documents; promptly encourage, commend and reward advanced models to create motivation to spread throughout the system...
