Digital transformation has been strongly applied in businesses, transparency in product origin, promoting paperless trade models, approaching customers on digital platforms, technology-based payments, connecting supply chains, corporate governance, human resources, promoting quality and labor productivity. Strengthening support for businesses participating in transactions and supplying goods on online sales applications and e-commerce trading floors. Currently, 121/121 sets of administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the Department of Industry and Trade have been deployed at levels 3 and 4 at dichvucong.haiduong.gov.vn; especially the issuance of certificates of origin C/O from paper to online, creating favorable conditions for businesses to carry out import and export procedures.
The province's industrial promotion activities have seen many innovations in recent times. In 2023, the department surveyed, developed and implemented 23 local industrial promotion projects and 4 national industrial promotion group projects. Organized, participated and supported businesses in the province to participate in 25 international fairs and exhibitions under the National Trade Promotion Program in key economic regions and areas of the country.
