According to Statista, the revenue of the beauty and personal care industry in Vietnam will reach about 2.36 billion USD in 2023, with an estimated compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 3.32% in the period 2023 - 2027.

This reflects the increasing demand for beauty products. Therefore, to meet the needs of consumers, the market will require a large number of quality labor force in the Cosmetics industry.

After graduation, students can work at businesses operating in the beauty industry in a number of positions such as: product research and development specialist, quality management specialist, business specialist, consultant at beauty centers or research or produce their own cosmetic brands.

In addition to working in factories and cosmetic companies, students majoring in this field can also apply their knowledge to other fields in the beauty industry.

In general, the Cosmetic Chemistry industry is offering many career opportunities and is becoming more and more popular. Therefore, those who love beauty, research, and creativity can consider pursuing this field of study in the near future.

Currently in our country, there are many top universities continuously enrolling students in the Cosmetic Chemistry major: University of Natural Sciences (Hanoi National University), University of Natural Sciences (Ho Chi Minh City National University), Da Nang University of Education, Quy Nhon University.
