In an area of over 14 hectares, visitors are overwhelmed by more than a million blooming flowers, spread like vivid carpets along the paths, around the lake, and along the ancient city walls. The flower festival will last until May 2, and the organizers expect this year's event to attract about 40,000 visitors.
