In the team event, the Korean players once again proved to be superior to the Vietnamese trio and won 5-1 to temporarily lead the Vietnamese team with a score of 4-1.

With this result, the Vietnamese billiards team is in a difficult position in the 3-cushion carom event on November 26. With the presence of Tran Quyet Chien and Bao Phuong Vinh, Vietnamese billiards hopes that the duo who reached the final of the world championship will both win to shorten the score. However, in the women's singles event, the Korean players are still rated higher than Nguyen Hoang Yen Nhi and Phung Kien Tuong of the Vietnamese team.

At 10am on November 26, female player Phung Kien will face Choi Bo-me. Immediately after that, Tran Quyet Chien (world No. 5) will face Heo Jung-han (world No. 14), Nguyen Hoang Yen Nhi will face Heo Choe-won and Bao Phuong Vinh will face Kim Jun-tae. If the score is reduced, the Vietnamese billiards team will hope to make a comeback in the team event as they did in February 2023 in Quang Nam.
