Today, a search and rescue team is searching for victims at the Jade City Hotel. In addition to specialized vehicles for search and rescue, according to the team leader, two service dogs named Bin (7 years old) and King (6 years old) of the Mobile Police Command (Ministry of Public Security) were selected to participate in this humanitarian mission. They are very elite, with 5 years of experience in searching for victims' bodies. Accordingly, the two service dogs have contributed to saving time and effort in searching, helping the search and rescue team accurately locate the victims deep in the rubble.
Two police dogs named Bin and King arrived at the scene to identify and locate the area to help the Search and Rescue Team search for the victim's body.
Lieutenant Nguyen Cong Huan, trainer of the service dog named Bin, shared: "The current weather in Myanmar is up to 40 degrees Celsius, so it is very hot. Therefore, yesterday (April 2), after a hard search with the rescue force, the service dog Bin stopped eating, which made me very worried. Luckily, today, Bin ate again and continued the search."
Not only searching for missing victims, the Vietnam Ministry of Public Security's Rescue Team recently donated nearly 3 tons of medicine and medical equipment to Myanmar to help overcome the consequences of the earthquake. In addition, the Rescue Team also sent a group to set up two tents to support people with shelter from the sun and dew at the Taw Win Yadanar school yard, Zabu Thiri town, and to examine and give medicine to people injured by the earthquake... These meaningful actions have received deep affection from the people here for the Vietnam Ministry of Public Security's Rescue Team.
