During the course, students will study 10 key topics, including: Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought - the ideological foundation, the compass for the actions of the Party and the Vietnamese revolution; the path to socialism in Vietnam; promoting the strength of national unity; socialist democracy; building and perfecting the socialist rule-of-law state; socio-economic development; developing education, science - technology, culture and Vietnamese people; protecting natural resources and the environment; maintaining national defense - security, social order and safety; international integration; principles of organization and operation of the Party; Party building, rectification and training of qualities to become official Party members. At the end of the course, students will write a report to evaluate the results of their learning and will be granted a certificate if qualified.
The training course aims to equip basic theoretical knowledge, enhance political awareness, thereby helping new party members clearly identify their responsibilities, continue to practice, strive, and contribute to building a clean and strong party cell and party organization. This is also one of the important conditions for considering transferring to official party membership according to the provisions of the Party Charter./.
