Dimensity 9300+ chip, MediaTek's flagship mobile processor

MediaTek has launched the Dimensity 9300+, the latest flagship mobile processor in MediaTek’s Dimensity series. The new processor accelerates generative AI processing at the edge to run large language models (LLMs) more powerfully.

The Dimensity 9300+ offers higher clock speeds and is designed to accelerate on-device generative AI processing, providing broader support for large language models and other performance improvements over the Dimensity 9300.

The Dimensity 9300+ is ideal for a wide range of AI applications, offering: Support for NeuroPilot LoRA Fusion 2.0 and LoRA Fusion on-device integration so developers can quickly bring to market new generative AI applications with text, images, music and more. Support for the latest major language models including 01.AI Yi-Nano, Alibaba Cloud Qwen, Baichuan AI, ERNIE-3.5-SE, Google Gemini Nano, Meta Llama 2 and Llama 3...

To provide users with fast and reliable connectivity in various scenarios, the Dimensity 9300+ integrates a 5G R16 modem designed with AI-enabled situational awareness. The modem supports 4CC-CA Sub-6GHz with download speeds of up to 7Gbps.
