Visiting, encouraging and presenting gifts to officers and soldiers of units practicing for parades and marches at the 34th Army Corps, Major General Tran Vinh Ngoc praised the spirit, responsibility and efforts of the soldiers in carrying out this special mission. After 2 weeks of moving to the South, officers and soldiers of all units have made efforts to overcome difficulties and practice according to the set plan. Officers in charge and instructors regularly help, correct and train to ensure compliance with regulations.

Major General Tran Vinh Ngoc hopes that the soldiers will actively practice, overcome difficulties in all weather conditions; promote a sense of responsibility, continue to strive to perfect the technical command movements, ensure correct, even, beautiful, demonstrating the strength of the heroic Vietnam People's Army.
