Officially opening the passenger transport route from Nanning City (China) to Ha Long City (Vietnam) via Bac Luan Bridge II Customs Clearance

After nearly 3 months of launching, on September 3, the Department of Transport of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China) and the Department of Transport of Quang Ninh Province (Vietnam) allowed the New National Line Group Transport Co., Ltd. (China) to cooperate with the Vietnam-China Global Friendship Group Joint Stock Company (Vietnam) to implement a fixed route to transport passengers between Nanning City (China) and Ha Long City (Vietnam) via the Bac Luan Bridge II Customs Clearance.

Pursuant to Notice No. 51 (2024) of the Road Transport Development Center of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China) on notification to enterprises and the Department of Transport of Quang Ninh (Vietnam), Mong Cai Border Gate Customs Branch (Quang Ninh Provincial Customs Department) has proactively coordinated with agencies, departments and branches at Bac Luan Bridge II Customs Clearance to guide and support enterprises to carry out customs procedures quickly and conveniently. At the same time, the Branch also ensures strict inspection, supervision and management of temporarily imported - re-exported means of transport; luggage of inbound passengers carried on passenger transport vehicles in accordance with the provisions of law and the Road Transport Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the People's Republic of China.

The implementation of passenger transport between the two cities of Nanning (China) and Ha Long (Vietnam) will contribute to diversifying tourism products for visitors to Ha Long City, aiming to develop tourism in Quang Ninh province.

Accordingly, Viet Trung Global Friendship Group Joint Stock Company has implemented a plan to operate shuttle bus passenger transport according to a fixed international schedule: Departure point is Phong Linh Passenger Station (Nanning, China); destination is Bai Chay Passenger Station (Quang Ninh, Vietnam).

Main route: Nanning (G75 Lan Hai Expressway, G7511 Qin Dong Expressway) - Dongxing - Dongxing Border Gate (China) - Mong Cai Border Gate - Mong Cai Expressway - Ha Long - Bai Chay - Ha Long (Vietnam).

Passengers on the bus route Phong Linh Station - Nanning (China) - Bai Chay Bus Station - Ha Long (Vietnam).

The journey will depart from Phong Linh Station at 9:00 (China time), stop at Dong Hung Station at 11:00 (China time) every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, frequency 1 trip/day; arrival time at Bai Chay Bus Station (Ha Long City) at 14:30 (Vietnam time).

The return bus from Ha Long to Nanning departs from Bai Chay Bus Station (Ha Long City) at 10:30 ( Vietnam time) every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, with a frequency of 1 trip/day, stopping at Dong Hung Station at 14:00 (China time), arriving at Phong Linh Station at 16:30 (China time).
