Officially register for high school graduation exam online

According to the Ministry of Education and Training's guidelines for organizing high school graduation exams, for 12th grade students, candidates use the account and password provided by the school to register for the high school graduation exam online on the Exam Management System.

The candidate's account is the ID card number/citizen ID card/personal identification number issued by the police agency.

For candidates who do not have the above documents or do not have Vietnamese nationality, use the candidate's passport number instead. In case the candidate does not have the above documents and passport number, the exam management system will assign the candidate a 12-character code for management.

The Ministry of Education and Training notes that candidates are responsible for keeping their account information and passwords confidential to log into the Examination Management System. In case candidates forget their account and password, they should contact the school for assistance.

Candidates complete procedures to take the 2024 high school graduation exam in Ho Chi Minh City.

Before filling out the registration form, candidates must carefully read the sections and instructions for filling out the form. If there are any unclear points, candidates must ask their teachers for full instructions. Candidates are fully responsible for the information declared in the registration form.

The Ministry of Education and Training noted that candidates' photos on the system must have a minimum resolution of 400x600 pixels, be taken in ID-style, and no more than 6 months before the application submission date.

During the process of registering for exams, preliminary registration, and university and college admissions, candidates must use a unified type of identification document: ID card/citizen identification card/personal identification/passport number.

During the registration period, candidates wishing to apply for university or college admission must declare complete and correct information on the software with evidence to enjoy priority in admission.

Previously, the Ministry of Education and Training allowed students to practice registering for the high school graduation exam from April 15 to April 18.
