Officially topped out the first apartment building at Sun Group Ha Nam resort urban area

ANTD.VN - On December 28, the first high-rise tower of the Sun Urban City Ha Nam Resort Project was officially topped out, ahead of schedule. This is an important milestone forSun Group on the path to creating the largest 420ha resort urban area in the North.

Thus, the first apartment tower of the Art Residence high-rise product line of the Sun Urban City project has been topped out after 5 months of construction, exceeding the set schedule.

The event took place solemnly with the participation of representatives of Sun Group, contractor Coteccons, strategic distribution units, and a large number of project officers and employees.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ho Duc Vinh, Project Management Director of Sun Urban City shared: “This is an impressive result of the close cooperation between the investor and the contractor, along with the tireless efforts of the team of engineers and workers”.

Mr. Ho Duc Vinh emphasized that the Project Management Board considers this a driving force to promote the completion of the entire project on schedule and with quality, maintain the reputation of the general contractor and investor, and soon put the project into service for Sun Urban City residents.

Mr. Tran Duc Tai, Deputy Manager of Ha Nam Project, Head of Sun Urban City high-rise subdivision management board, said that the remaining high-rise apartment buildings A2 - A8 will be topped out before March 2025. The first apartments, along with a synchronous utility system, will be handed over with red books to customers, expected on June 30, 2025.

Sun World amusement park with modern games and Wonder Land indoor playground are gradually taking shape.
