To overcome the above problems, Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai said that in the coming time, the Government will focus on directing the synchronous implementation of solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles, overcome disruptions in supply chains, promote production and business, and ensure the maintenance and creation of more jobs for workers.
Effectively implement Resolution No. 06/NQ-CP dated January 10, 2023 of the Government on labor market development. Closely monitor the situation of workers who have lost their jobs, quit their jobs, or have reduced working hours... to have appropriate support plans.
Promote training and retraining, focus on job creation policies, and promptly meet labor market demands.
Implement the salary reform roadmap; develop a plan to adjust appropriate regional minimum wages.

Implement social insurance and unemployment insurance policies well; build harmonious, stable, progressive and integrated labor relations; do a good job of occupational safety and hygiene and manage foreign workers in Vietnam.
Focus on protecting the rights of workers in the informal sector; encourage and support workers to sign labor contracts and participate in social insurance.
Effectively monitor industries and informal labor hiring units in ensuring occupational safety and minimum working conditions.
Urgently research and complete the draft Law on Social Insurance (amended) to submit to the National Assembly at the upcoming 6th Session, ensuring and enhancing the rights of social insurance participants along with strengthening communication and raising awareness to limit the situation of withdrawing social insurance at one time.
In particular, the Government will direct relevant agencies to "resolutely handle individuals and businesses that deliberately delay or evade social insurance payments," Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai emphasized.
