The program was connected online from the Government headquarters to 63 provinces and cities. Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Chi Cuong chaired the bridge in Da Nang .

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized the role of digital transformation as: an inevitable trend, an objective requirement, a strategic choice, a top priority for rapid and sustainable development; the cause of the entire Party, the entire army, and the entire people, contributing to realizing the aspiration of building a strong, prosperous country, a prosperous and happy people, with no one left behind in the new era, the era of national growth; a solution to catch up, progress together, and surpass.

Reality shows that our country is on the right track with a focus on promoting digital transformation, green transformation, and infrastructure development.

The Prime Minister requested ministries, departments, branches and localities to fully, objectively and accurately assess the results achieved in national digital transformation in 2024, especially in the digital economy ; propose strategic orientations, viewpoints, tasks and main solutions on digital transformation and digital economic development in the coming time so that in a short time we can go a long way.

The Prime Minister pointed out three breakthroughs in digital transformation: digital institutions, digital infrastructure and digital people. To do that requires active participation, especially from leaders at all levels and sectors; relevant agencies need to accelerate the development of synchronous infrastructure, and avoid shortages of electricity and telecommunications signals, especially in remote areas.

At the program, representatives of businesses, Community Digital Technology Team and Project 06 had effective digital transformation models such as: the journey of digitizing high-tech agricultural models at Langbiang farm; applying digital platforms integrating AI in business administration to improve productivity and competitive advantages at Minh Duc Construction Group; helping ethnic minorities in mountainous areas of Ha Giang province develop digital economy in community tourism activities... bringing knowledge and experience to ministries, departments, branches and localities to have more solutions to build and develop digital economic and digital social dynamics.

This year, the city has 2 typical representatives attending the Program to welcome the National Digital Transformation Day at the Government: Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan, Head of the Community Digital Technology Team and Project 06 Dong Xuan 3 residential areas, An Khe ward (Thanh Khe district) with the model of mobile citizen support team; Mr. Dinh Van Hin, Head of the Community Digital Technology Team and Project 06 Ta Lang villages (Hoa Bac commune, Hoa Vang district) with a pilot model of information technology application and digital transformation.

The above two models of the city represent the determination to innovate and create in implementing the goal of bringing digital transformation into the lives of all people, thereby raising awareness and developing the economy and society. From these two typical models, the city will replicate and add experience for the Community Digital Technology Teams and Project 06 to learn from and promote their leading role in digital transformation.
