On March 10th, information from the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee indicated that the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, in coordination with the Provincial Youth Union, had launched the "Youth Dedicated to the Party" movement and organized a screening of the film "Peach, Pho, and Piano".
As part of the launch ceremony of the "Youth Dedicated to the Party" movement, many members of the film crew of "Peach, Pho and Piano" had a discussion with invited guests.
The film's central message to the audience, which many consider a historical war film, is that it evokes strong emotions in viewers.
The film was popularized by young history enthusiasts and gained popularity for evoking patriotism about a glorious and heroic era in which our ancestors lived, fought, and sacrificed to protect their homeland.
Regarding the "Youth Dedicated to the Party" movement, Mr. Dang Xuan Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, stated that this work should not stop at achieving the goals of developing Party members, but must aim at building and nurturing revolutionary ideals and loyalty to the Party and the Fatherland.

Mr. Phuong requested the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department to take the lead and coordinate closely with the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee, and other agencies and units to further concretize the contents of the emulation movement.
At the same time, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department is tasked with advising the Provincial Party Standing Committee to direct district, town, and city Party committees and subordinate Party committees to plan the placement and utilization of young Party members in a way that strengthens the testing of their political acumen, while also planning, training, and nurturing them before grassroots Party committees consider and recommend a pool of outstanding young Party members for the 2025-2030 term and subsequent terms.
The Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union is responsible for training its members and considering and nurturing them for Party membership. Relevant localities should regularly review, identify, and recommend positive individuals, especially young people, students, and university students with achievements, prestige, and exemplary conduct in their studies, work, and production, in order to cultivate them and create a pool of potential Party members.
At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Hong Duong, head of the Propaganda Department of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, further assessed the emulation movement aimed at improving the quality of Party members, creating an environment for training and competition, and increasing the number of young Party members, with an emphasis on quality and ensuring the continuity and development of the Party.
