According to Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Kien, Commander of Regiment 244, Provincial Military Command: In 2025, the Regiment will receive and train 300 new soldiers from localities of Quang Ninh, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh and Hung Yen. The Regiment focuses on directing the staff to effectively implement "4 together with soldiers" (eating together, living together, training together, sharing together). Thereby, the staff is close to, understands the thoughts, aspirations, circumstances and initial difficulties and confusion of the soldiers.

Since then, the unit has proactively done a good job of educating traditions, thoroughly grasping tasks, guiding daily and weekly regimes, how to fold and arrange internal hygiene, morning exercises; dressing style, addressing, greetings... The unit has also ensured a good life for soldiers.
