During the initial days of receiving and training new recruits, the officers of Regiment 244 ( Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command) always provided close support, guidance, and specific instructions, helping the new recruits confidently overcome difficulties and unfamiliarity. The new recruits have begun to adapt to the daily routines and collective lifestyle in the military.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Kien, Commander of Regiment 244, Provincial Military Command: In 2025, the Regiment will receive and train 300 new recruits from localities in Quang Ninh, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, and Hung Yen provinces. The Regiment focuses on directing its officers to effectively implement the "four together with the soldiers" principle (eating together, living together, training together, and sharing together). Through this, the officers become closer to the soldiers, understanding their thoughts, aspirations, circumstances, and initial difficulties and unfamiliarity.

From then on, the unit proactively did a good job of educating soldiers about traditions, thoroughly explaining tasks, guiding them on daily and weekly routines, how to fold and arrange their bedding and maintain hygiene, morning exercises; dress code, address, greetings, etc. The unit also ensured a good quality of life for the soldiers.
