New soldiers confidently integrate into the military environment

In the first days of training new soldiers, the staff of Regiment 244 ( Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command) were always close, sharing, and giving specific and dedicated instructions, helping new soldiers confidently overcome difficulties and confusion, and the new soldiers began to integrate into the schedule and collective lifestyle in the military.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Kien, Commander of Regiment 244, Provincial Military Command: In 2025, the Regiment will receive and train 300 new soldiers from localities of Quang Ninh, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh and Hung Yen. The Regiment focuses on directing the staff to effectively implement "4 together with soldiers" (eating together, living together, training together, sharing together). Thereby, the staff will be close to and understand the thoughts, aspirations, circumstances and initial difficulties and confusion of the soldiers.

Since then, the unit has proactively done a good job of educating traditions, thoroughly grasping tasks, guiding daily and weekly regimes, how to fold and arrange hygiene, morning exercises; dressing style, addressing, greetings... The unit has also ensured a good life for soldiers. With timely attention and encouragement, and dedicated guidance from cadres at all levels, the new soldiers of Regiment 244, Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command, are firmly stepping on the journey of soldiers performing military service, contributing their youth to the sacred cause of protecting the homeland; so that each day in the army is a day of training, dedication and maturity...
