On the morning of August 25, the working delegation of the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Smuggling, Trade Fraud and Counterfeit Goods (SC 389/Provincial DP) led by Comrade Nguyen Quang Hung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of SC 389/Provincial DP had a working session with the Customs Branch and the Chi Ma Border Guard Station, Loc Binh District, Lang Son Province to share experiences in the fight against smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Hung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee 389/DP, Head of the working delegation spoke at the working session.

The two sides shared some experiences in professional work such as managing and grasping the situation of the area and market, patrolling, controlling, fighting against all kinds of crimes and handling violations. Coordination between the member sectors of Steering Committee 389/DP in exchanging and sharing information to promptly detect and handle violations, not letting the area become a hot spot, complicated in smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods...

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Quang Hung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the information and experience shared by the Customs Branch and Chi Ma Border Guard Station. He hoped that the units would continue to exchange and share information and expertise with the departments and branches that are members of Steering Committee 389/DP of Thai Binh province, contributing to more effective combat against smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods, maintaining market stability and protecting consumer rights.

Previously, on the afternoon of August 24, the working delegation of the Provincial Steering Committee 389/DP had a working session with the Provincial Steering Committee 389/DP of Lang Son province. Receiving and working with the delegation was comrade Doan Thu Ha, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee 389/DP of Lang Son province.

At the meeting, the leaders of the People's Committees of the two provinces informed about the characteristics, situation, and results of the work against smuggling, trade fraud, and counterfeit goods since the beginning of the year. They exchanged and discussed a number of contents of mutual interest to each locality, such as the coordination mechanism between members, experience in fighting smuggling and trade fraud in the field of e-commerce, management, inspection, and control of essential goods serving people's lives, etc. The leaders of the two provinces agreed to strengthen information exchange, share experiences, and support each other to effectively carry out the work against smuggling, trade fraud, and counterfeit goods in the coming time.
