Attending the workshop were Mr. Pham Van Cuong, Deputy Director of Vietnam National Academy of Agriculture; Mr. Nguyen Minh Thuan, Deputy Director of Lao Cai Provincial Department of Education and Training; leaders and representatives of units and organizations under Vietnam National Academy of Agriculture. The workshop was held online at the headquarters of Vietnam National Academy of Agriculture in Hanoi with the participation and monitoring of nearly 250 teachers and more than 10,000 high school students in the province.
At the workshop, high school students across the province were shared knowledge about human resource needs in the 4.0 industrial revolution by lecturers, experts from the Vietnam Academy of Agriculture and successful business owners in the agricultural sector; start-up activities of students from the Vietnam Academy of Agriculture; sharing of start-up experiences; information about study opportunities and career choices after graduating from high school...
Through direct interaction and exchange, experts answered students' questions about current human resource needs; provided guidance on effective ways to start a business for students; developed startup ideas in the digital age; ways to overcome difficulties and challenges; inspired students with a passion for startups and perseverance on the chosen path.
The workshop is one of the cooperative activities between the Vietnam Academy of Agriculture and the Lao Cai Department of Education and Training. Through the workshop, it will nurture and orient students who are passionate about science and technology and arouse the spirit and desire for entrepreneurship among young people. At the same time, it will equip high school students with knowledge and skills to build and realize their startup ideas.
