Pay monthly pensions and social insurance benefits through personal accounts to beneficiaries

From October 2024, the provincial Social Insurance will transfer monthly pension and social insurance allowance payments to beneficiaries' personal accounts, not through the Post Office. The October 2024 payment will be transferred on October 3, 2024.

Provincial Social Insurance officers disseminate information to Viet Tri City residents about the benefits of receiving monthly pensions and social insurance benefits via personal accounts (ATM).

Payments through personal accounts to beneficiaries are made on the Social Insurance Industry's centralized accounting software and the electronic Social Insurance collection and payment system (E-COPAY). Payments in this form always ensure timeliness, correct beneficiaries, and correct amounts according to the pension and social insurance benefit payment list.

However, in October 2024, the E-COPAY system will be implemented simultaneously for 63 provinces and centrally-run cities, so in the first month of implementation, it is inevitable that there will be overloads and delays. Therefore, in case the beneficiary has not received the regime due to incorrect personal account, the beneficiary is requested to contact the nearest Social Security agency in the area to adjust and supplement correct information, and promptly receive the regime within the month.

In the coming time, the provincial Social Insurance will continue to coordinate with the People's Committees of communes, wards and towns in the province to propagate and develop pensioners and monthly social insurance benefits to register for payment via bank accounts in order to successfully implement the goal of digital transformation in the province.
